What Axolo does

A coach that adapts as fast as you do.

Every feature is built around one idea: train hard on good days, recover on the others, and always know why.

  • Adapts every morning

Axo combines your sleep, soreness and recent training into a readiness score, then turns today's plan up or down to match.

  • A coach with personality

Encouraging, honest and never preachy. Axo celebrates records and insists on rest days.

  • Form, explained

Step-by-step guidance with tempo, cues and the most common mistake for every movement.

  • Progress you can see

Strength, consistency and readiness in charts that explain themselves.

  • Recovery is training

Planned Regenerate weeks, mobility flows and sleep insights are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

  • Six looks, one app

Electric, Inferno, Cyber, Arctic, Titanium or Hyperpop. Choose a theme and both the website and the app screens change with it.

Exercise guidance

Form, explained one step at a time.

Every movement comes with a demonstration, tempo, coaching cues and the most common mistake to avoid.

Tempo 3 · 1 · 1

Goblet squat

QuadsGlutesCore

  1. 1Brace Hold the bell at your chest, elbows tucked, and take a deep breath into your belly.
  2. 2Sit back Push your hips back and let your knees travel over your toes, chest proud.
  3. 3Bottom Sit between your heels as deep as you can while your back stays neutral.
  4. 4Drive Push the floor away and exhale as you stand tall.

Axo's tip. Three seconds down, a short pause, then drive up. Slow lowering builds control.

Common mistake. Heels lifting off the floor. Widen your stance a little and keep your weight mid-foot.
